How do I apply?
Once you submit the application form, our team will contact you to schedule a meeting. During this meeting, we’ll walk you through all the details of how FND Service works. After the meeting, we’ll provide you with a weekly spending limit, which confirms your approval. Once approved, the final step is to sign the ACH form and provide us with a voided check. After that, your account will be fully set up and you’ll be ready to start using FND Service.

FND Service gives fleets nationwide discounts on parts, tires, labor, and maintenance. We partner with all major OEM dealerships (International, Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt, Volvo, Mack) and maintain accounts with Love’s, TA, Southern Tire Mart, Goodyear, and Boss Truck Shop. We also hold national tire accounts with brands like Yokohama, Bridgestone, Goodyear, and Hankook.
When you visit a shop, simply check in under our account name. Then submit a request through the FND Service request form with basic details (unit/VIN, shop location, and the needed parts or service). We negotiate the discounted pricing and send you an estimate. You review and approve (or request adjustments). Once approved and the repair is complete, we handle payment directly with the shop and bill you the following week.
Our program provides up to 50% off parts and tires and 20–30% off labor and maintenance, depending on the dealership and service.
At 2,000+ locations nationwide — including all official dealerships, Love’s, TA, Southern Tire Mart, Goodyear, and Boss Truck Shop. We can also arrange service at select local shops that accept national account payments.
